    Therapist Consultation and Training

    Available by appointment, for therapists, coaches, and others in the helping professions.

    I offer TEAM-CBT case consultation as well as consultation and training for integrating mindfulness into therapy and coaching. – based on approaches of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindful Schools (mindfulness for adolescents and children), and Buddhist Psychology (especially Insight tradition).

    This group is for TEAM-CBT trained therapists with a core competence in TEAM-CBT as taught by Dr. David Burns and at the Feeling Good Institute. Some familiarity with ACT is recommended.
